FLAGLER DRIVE HOUSE – JUNE 2016

WEST PALM BEACH, FL. – Design Methods has been retained to design another private new residence along the affluent and scenic stretch of South Flagler Drive along inter-coastal waterway. The project intent is to design an approximate 5,000 SF under roof residence in an electric Architectural style. Based on prior designs appreciated by the client, the?home will utilize shared inside and outside living spaces and loggias, along the waterfront, while placing the pool facing the water to allow for spectacular water views from the property and pool area, while maintaining its privacy. Construction started?fall 2016.
